Your freedom is our passion; your peace of mind, our delight.The firm commenced operation in June 1998 at Suites 4 & 5, First Floor, 7B, University Road, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos State; the commercial nerve-centre of Nigeria under the tutelage of Professor Isaac Oluwole Agbede, a distinguished and illustrious Nigerian professor of law and Barrister Zac Olomojobi, now a professor of law and provost, School of Law & Security Studies, Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. In the year 2000, the need to be close to courts of law premises and to compliment its first office led to the establishment of another office at Plot 20 (Davidson Plaza), Omole Layout, adjacent side view of Big Treat building, along Lateef Jakande Road, Ikeja, capital city of Lagos State, Nigeria.
By January 2002, due to the tremendous increase in the number of our clients and the consequent increase in the number of staff engaged to carry on the activities of the firm brought about inevitability for expansion to cope with the dictates of the ever changing world. Thus the need for widening the frontiers of our services became a categorical imperative that brought about the movement of the firm’s first office at Yaba, Lagos to an expansive and modern office at 2nd Floor, 14, Ojulowo Imoshe Street, Off Oduyemi Street, Anifowose, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. The current two offices in Nigeria as well as our liaison offices both in the U.S.A and Canada respectively are equipped with state of the art facilities for effective legal practice to meet the demands of the ever challenging and intensely dynamic world.
