b. SEPCO Pacific Energy Partners Limited on April 14, 2012. The directors are SEPCO ELECTRIC POWER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION represented by LI XIANLAI and PACIFIC ENERGY COMPANY LIMITED owned by a Nigerian. It is a Partnership Special Purpose Vehicle Company.
c. HENTONG INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Ltd on Aug. 7, 2012 owned by Li Xianlai, a Chinese national.
d. Incorporated and legal representative of AXXESS Conglomerates, the subsidiaries of a foremost American Home Health software company with Headquarters at 16000 Dallas Parkway, Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75248
e. Great Pilier Nig. Ltd, whose directors and owners are a group of Americans, based in the USA. This company was registered in the early 2000s by Olaniyi Arije & Co.

3. We are currently involved in the only Nigerian-sustained Cardiac Programmes Centre, a collaborative effort between Tristate Cardiovascular Associates, a Delaware Company, and Babcock University, a Nigerian University in Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria.
4. We incorporated and also are the Attorneys to Africa MeduCorps Foundation and Africa Educare Limited, entities owned by individuals from certain countries, aimed at fostering Medical Education and Health care delivery emancipation in Africa.
5. We were part of the Facts Finding team of both the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the some private National and International companies that went on research/exploration trips to India and China in June and July, 2013, with the aim of establishing Electric Coal Power Generation in Nigeria.
